Q: Where are you located? 

A: We are located in VT, USA. 

Q: What is "Overnight Decals From Japan"?

A: Overnight Decals From Japan was named as a Fast And The Furious spoof when doing decals for us was just a hobby. We made an Overnight Parts From Japan decal and named it Overnight Decals From Japan by mistake and after a few minutes of laughing the name stuck. People loved it. 

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship global. 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping in the US is $2.50 if your order is under $25.00. If your order is $25 or over, your order ships for free in the US. All shipping options include USPS tracking and packaging that is bend resistant. All international orders ship USPS First Class with a customs form affixed. While the customs form includes a tracking number, it often only tracks until it leaves the US. Shipping to Canada is $7 flat, and $10 flat to all other countries.  

Q: I like a certain decal but want it in a different size. Is that possible?

A: Yes it is. E-mail rob@odfj.net or use the Contact Form with the decal name, and size desired and it will be made available as soon as possible. 

Q: Do you do custom decals?

A: We do. Please E-mail rob@odfj.net or use the Contact Form with the inquiry. Please include as much info as possible including font names, artwork, size, color, quantity, and shipping location for the quickest and most accurate response possible.

Q: What size are your decals?

A: The size for every decal is in the product description. 

Q: Why doesn't my tracking number work?

A: While the USPS is always changing and growing it will never be clear to us how exactly their operation works. From our experience, any package of ours that is scanned at the post office with their computer takes up to 24 hours to activate, while scans with their wireless handheld scanner activate immediately. If your tracking number is not active after 24 hours please e-mail rob@odfj.net or use the Contact Form for assistance. Please include your name and order number for reference. 

Q: What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?

A: It means that your order is waiting to be filled. All decals are cut to order since there's so many design and color combos that it would be impossible to stock everything. When your order is filled, you will receive an e-mail stating that your order status has changed from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Awaiting Shipment". 

Q: I got extra decals in my package that I didn't order. What do I do?

A: Keep them. They are free. Everybody likes getting free stuff every once in a while right?

Q: Is the red sun background or lines part of the decal?

A: No. The red sun and lines are just a watermark. 

Q: I didn't receive my order confirmation. What do I do?

A: First, check your spam folder. If it's not in there then the e-mail address used was entered incorrectly. Please use the Contact Form or e-mail rob@odfj.net with the correct e-mail address and we will resend the order confirmation.
